I was so excited when it arrived, but I forgot how heavy it was! There was no warning about the weight, so my husband and I spent the whole afternoon figuring out how to get it inside. The equipment is in perfect condition, but it’s definitely very heavy."

The delivery was a threshold delivery, which means they set it inside my door. It required a signature.It is heavy I removed the crate top and one side. I was then able to slide the machine out of the box and onto my rug, by myself. The machine was packed well. I assembled this myself without difficulty.
