Return Conditions

Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and must not show any signs of wear or damage. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other materials must be included. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Impact on Resale: Products must not have been assembled or installed and must not have been altered in any way that could affect their resale value. Returns are only accepted if the product can be resold as new. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if these conditions are not met.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for a return shipping label.

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to reasons other than our error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect ordering), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send any items back without a return authorization number, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return the Product: Follow the provided instructions to ship the product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
